5/16 x 18 nylock nuts in stock at Lowe's picking up tomorrow.

Correction ordered grade 8 bolts thanks @pfrederi, nylock nuts, and woodruff keys from NAPA. NAPA wanted $16 for a filter and I got a Wix from Fisher for less than half the price

@cafoose I made a new link using the measurements you provided. While mine did work, this one works better. I have been trying to get those numbers for weeks.   again for the pics.

Wheel Horse did not use any gasket cement, and if everything is clean, you shouldn't either.  I don't even soak them in oil, just tighten the bolts evenly.  I have not had a leak yet.  And yes, you want to put the same oil in that came out.

A disadvantage of having owned a tractor for many years especially after the tranny was overhauled is you can't blame the Previous owner for grinding down the parking pawl

I believe when it was rebuilt the shop switched it out. They also redid the pump. From what I understand used ATF in earlier models and motor oil in later models.

I just lay a couple of weld beads across the gap then file and grind to shape

My trans leaks a bit. Nothing terrible, but enough. I really don't know why. Everything was super clean. I sprayed the gaskets with Pematex Copper, and tightened it up evenly I thought, but still it leaks. That being said, a leak is better that gasket maker compound in your hydro. I have rags.
