looking for info on K-loader

looking for info on a kuchty K-loader made by kuchyt metal works fort erie ontarion canada. owners mnaual or any info would help. model# 69168 MF 62. it might be missing a # behind the 8. the tag is messed up at the end. thanks....perry

i sent them a email. maybe they can help. thanks nick. i am going to need your guys hydraulic help once i start working on this. first of all i need a new pump to run the loader.

i need to figure out what hydraulic pump i need to buy to run the loader.

this is all i have of the old pump. how do i figure out what size pump to get ?.

Perry,

Your old pump is a 6 gpm gear pump. If you can find another 6 gpm pump with the same shaft, port and pilot size you should be able to make it work.

It looks like a Sun brand. Vickers distributors used to handle them. Neff Engineering in Grand Rapids might be able to help you out, but there are probably cheaper places to get one.

You won't need one with an internal relief valve, the relief valve is built into your control valve.

If you can't come up with anything you can send me your old pump and I should be able to come up with something for you.

Get ready for it though, pumps are expensive.

Perry I beleive a Case/Ingersoll drive pump will work too.

I haven't built an FEL but do own a homebuilt useing a Case pump.

i have a casee 222 transaxle with a pump. ill have to check it out.

Perry the pump is bolted to the engine not the trans, that is a hyd. motor, I have a case hyd pump, I'm sure we can do some trading
