They say that animals function as nothing more than instinct, but we as humans project what we see as "love" from our pets. Well, I call BS on that theory... I wholeheartedly agree.
Oldskool 6,644 #202 Posted February 12, 2022 Sunny doing what he does best this time of year. Warm weather you hardly see him, except when he leaves presents on the back deck. 1

Dstegjas 29 #205 Posted February 17, 2022 This little fella adopted us when we moved into our house 2 years ago. None of the neighbors knew anything about him other then he was just hanging around. We opened the door and he came in and made himself at home. Jim 3

Jim I’m not a cat person, but I certainly don’t hate them… they are a lot less trouble than doggies and I love dogs. Dogs are like” I want to make you happy”, and cats are like “ I do my own thing” Cool kitty! 2
Horse Newbie 7,081 #207 Posted February 26, 2022 (edited) My neighbors German Shepard, Soldier … weighs in at 125 lbs. When he got him, he was literally skin and bones. He did not bark for about 2 months. I don’t believe he had the strength. But now he has a bark that is very loud and forceful… great dog… I’m glad he saved him ! Dstegjas 29 #210 Posted February 26, 2022 Pets are a lot of company. We’ve had many cats and dogs over the years and all have been great to have around. Even our neighbors pets come to visit when they get out of the house.
