Pullstart 63,275 #443 Posted September 22, 2024 We had some friends over yesterday, and we took a walk in the field trails. 200 yards past my hunting tree I heard a cry. We found this little thing in the weeds. I named her Rooster. 6

MainelyWheelhorse 709 #448 Posted November 19, 2024 (edited) I like cars… so the black cat is Indy like the racetrack and the tan/yellow cat is Cam like camshaft. They do have other colorful names especially if they are underfoot etc…I’m a bit jealous of @c-series don as all my cats do is eat, sleep, and shed. Sometimes they sit near me. I would expect with all I do for them they would mow the lawn or vacuum at least.😁 Edited November 19, 2024 by MainelyWheelhorse 1 2
ML3 1,369 #449 Posted November 20, 2024 No pets at home as we have decided to be done with having any more animals. At work we have a stray that started hanging out. Turns out she was pregnant! It was very difficult to hide her & kittens from management. After that a few of us pitched in to have her fixed. We named her Mama. She does an excellent job of rodent control as you can see by the rabbit she killed & brought inside to show us. She's now well fed & has a safe place to sleep inside. She's becoming quite friendly 1
c-series don 9,166 #450 Posted January 7 Lucy has a new job! Guard dog at the Montauk Point Lighthouse at the eastern most point of Long Island, N.Y. This is as far as one can get away from New York City while on Long Island. (Just the way I like it!!) This lighthouse was commissioned by George Washington in 1792. I was in Montauk for work and decided to take a ride out there. Once I saw the guard dog sign I knew it was a good photo opportunity! Ten minutes after I took these pictures it started snowing like crazy! 1 3
