WheelhorseBob 1,549 #1 Posted April 1, 2021 I wanted to give a shout out to Redo Your Horse. Terry is without doubt the best vendor I’ve ever dealt with, bar none. Last fall I sent him a picture of the decals of a 37” deck I’m restoring. He recreated them and sent them free of charge with the decals for my 416. Here are a couple of pics of my 416?progress. I have to admit, putting decals on is my favorite part! First a before pic. Btw I know the Danger sticker is upside right. Toro got it wrong! 11

Maybe so you could read it while in the saddle? Left my safety stickers in the office so I can read it while I'm at the desk.

rjg854 11,387 #7 Posted April 1, 2021 Maybe Toro's thought was once you were sitting on the seat, you could look down, and be able to read the sticker.

SPINJIM 1,981 #9 Posted April 1, 2021 (edited) Those Danger stickers were dictated by lawyers, and not preferred by restorers. I usually leave a few of the stickers off when I restore anything. Idiot stickers, like "Do not drink the gasoline". Also, I leave the rear fender sticker off of the older Horses because I just think it's too much advertising, and looks cleaner without it. cschannuth 3,816 #12 Posted April 2, 2021 I have to second that on Terry. I added a solid bar for some weight on the front of my lawn Ranger and I wanted a lawn Ranger sticker on it to dress it up a little bit but the standard size was too large. Terry worked and worked and worked to get a three-quarter scale sticker made that I could actually peel off without tearing. If I remember correctly I think he sent me a second one when I did tear it accidentally. In the picture it almost looks the same size as the standard sticker but it’s not. 1 2
WheelhorseBob 1,549 #13 Posted April 2, 2021 The front axle swap that has turned into an unintended mini restoration.....nor decals and almost done.
