They are supposed to stop the crows, but the previous manager didn't put flaps on the openings because he thought they would catch the pigs ears. Never tested his theory, just decided that was what happened. I have since trialed flaps and they work fine, now have to retrofit the whole farm..... However I have a whole new design that includes the drinker and bird proof flaps in one unit, trials just being completed now then production will begin.

Very! I got home from my two weeks of work on the ship and did two weeks work at home, just one day off on the first Saturday. Now back on the ship for two weeks.

You do see that sort of thing around, and no! I barely have enough time as it is! Only got about two hours work on my shed, so that's way behind schedule. Not even looked at a Wheelhorse refurb. My little C125 has been on the go non stop as my work vehicle towing a trailer full of tools and equipment all over the farm 😊
