wheel horse mower deck model RL-367

well guys it is close to the time of mowing our yards ;last year I noticed that one blade on the left side was not cutting 'both blades have been sharped and put on correctly; but it seems the  left blade has a lot of play in it as it is turning 'the question I have is that according to the diagram number 11 there are suppose to be 2 keyways on each spindles but it really  doesn't show where they go and would that be the issue as to why the left side blade has so much play ;odd  the right side cuts so good ;this type of deck is really new to me ;so any feed back would be so appreciated

The Spindle Cap (# 16) on each side should have a couple spiral roll pins (# 17) that stick down to drive the blade. Over time they rust away or get broken from rocks and thing that hit them.

There are 3 woodruff keys on shaft. 1 on ea spindle gear. Added set screws to help keep bearings tight.

thank you so much as now it might cut better as now I know where they go would you know the size of the key ways in case I find a few missing ;as another member did mention the caps which hold the roll pins on ;they are there ;the thing is once I remove the cap the shaft sides out from the bottom; so I am sure there are a few key ways missing or busted ;again thank you
