R Scheer 502 #1 Posted March 22, 2021 Just wondering what the distance is between the rear plow mounts. I seem to have misplaced the instruction sheet. Thanks
stevasaurus 22,711 #2 Posted March 22, 2021 Not sure what you are asking. Is this for a snowblade and the frame attaches on the transmission axle housing ?? What horse is it ??
R Scheer 502 #3 Posted March 22, 2021 Sorry, I should have been clearer. 1992 312 -H, the snow plow/tiller mounts for the rear axle. Due to interference issues with other mods to the tractor, (trailer receiver), I purchased the mounts from Lowell without the spacer bar. Of course this project got delayed and I misplaced the directions. I just want to set them to standard spacing so I'm compatible with any future implement purchases. Currently I'll be using them for a homemade winch mount. Hope ghis makes sense.

Was just going to ask if you had a snow plow, you could just measure the width of the plow frame & set them to that. I'm gonna guess that you don't have a plow though. I will try really hard to remember to measure mine when I get home and let you know. Be a few hrs. from now.

stevasaurus 22,711 #6 Posted March 22, 2021 The measurement is 11 1/2" in between the newer style blade frame...so the hooks should measure a little less...like 11 1/4" to 11 3/8". The newer style blade frame uses the attachamatic to hook from the inside of the frame. The older style "A" frame blade (for short frame horses) attaches on the outside of the blade frame...14 1/2". You should have the newer style blade frame. Why don't you get in touch with Lowell anyway. I'm sure he could e=mail or mail those directions again.
Achto 27,511 #7 Posted March 22, 2021 Steve hit it on the head. My mounts measure 11.5" outside to outside and sit on the inside of the plow frame on my C145.
