1276 or 1277

Looking at a tractor sight unseen and I'm trying to narrow it down.  I'm assuming it's a 1276 or 1277. What do you guys think?

Not a 1277. The parking brake handle moved up to the center counsel in 1967. This one has the parking brake located down low on the right hand side like the '65 & '66 models.

If it started life as a 12 HP it is not a 1965 so guess it must be a 1276.

Also the motion lever indicator slot eliminates 67 I believe.

Won't know if I got it for another 7 days, 2 hours, and 4 minutes.

I threw a bid on it though

Don't forget the steering wheel too, 1967 long frames got the large wide 2 spoke with a small cap, 64-66 had a smaller but similar looking wheel. Difference is very obvious when you see them side by side.

Welp, I bid up to $250 on it. The hammer price was $275. I wasn't willing to go any higher with a 16% buyers premium and 8% sales tax on a tractor I hadn't seen in person.

I did manage to pick up some very heavy wheel weights (that don't fit anything I have) and a wheel horse wagon.
