Blackhood Bill 721 #1 Posted March 19, 2021 (edited) Trying to find out what tractor this is. A friends of a friends dad died and the daughter is trying to sell it and wanting to know what it might be worth. Looking for opinions. I believe it to be a GT14. I have asked for a close up pic of the ID tag, waiting for that. I do realize that if it is a GT14 it does not have the correct engine in it. Again just looking for opinions. Thanks in advance. squonk 41,155 #2 Posted March 19, 2021 It's a Gee TEE alright. Pretty cobbled up. Not worth a heck of a lot. Maybe $200 if it runs enough to drive it to check the transmission.

squonk 41,155 #4 Posted March 19, 2021 Prolly not much good except for parts then. Very specific parts used on them along with their own mower deck. UNLESS your looking for a major reclamation project!
Blackhood Bill 721 #5 Posted March 19, 2021 @squonk well the friend suggested depending on value to tell them to junk it. I said no, with maybe getting it for nothing. Could be a one day total restoration project!
SylvanLakeWH 25,600 #6 Posted March 19, 2021 (edited) Post it for $50. Bet it would find a new home, save a , and save a trip to the junkyard... Edited March 19, 2021 by SylvanLakeWH 2
Jeff-C175 7,202 #7 Posted March 19, 2021 Is that a Hearse in the background?
pacer 3,173 #8 Posted March 19, 2021 Pretty big ..... mess? Ive had a few cobbles but that one is pretty bad ---- BUT, it is a GT. and parts wise it has some value, looks like there would be a good many parts in there.

haydendavid380 759 #10 Posted March 19, 2021 Does it have the 3 point?
19richie66 17,508 #11 Posted March 19, 2021 It appears to be a 1969 gt14 that someone cobbled up a hydraulic tank out of the fuel tank. The engine is wrong for sure. Agreed .......the cheaper the better.
953 nut 55,321 #12 Posted March 19, 2021 Seat and fuel tank/grill are '69. If it was close by I'd give $ 100 for parts I need for my GT-14.

Plan to check it out tomorrow and get a better look and picture for those who might need parts or for someone wanting to restore. As in an earlier post maybe if cheap enough a total restoration project for another day. Will update when I get more info.

Pullstart 62,912 #15 Posted March 20, 2021 @Blackhood Bill I’m no expert. I see $50-100 depending on the buyer and seller’s agreeing on it. It’s more than scrap value though! Side note, I’m a sucker for a buggy picture and I see one in front of the tractor. If you make it to check it out, please take pictures of that too
Blackhood Bill 721 #16 Posted March 23, 2021 Well today a cash offer was made. We will see how that goes, don’t know what I’m going to do with it. But who knows 1
Aldon 4,826 #17 Posted April 4, 2021 The belt cover is not easy to source and is chopped to allow the Hydraulics out the side. It’s missing original engine and Electric PTO. i wouldn’t take that on as a project. Way too much missing. I might haul off for parts if I was building another. if it has 3 point that adds value as does a double Hydro Pulley for tiller.
