WHX?? 48,828 #8 Posted March 12, 2021 (edited) That is one sharp looking 1045 oldman! and the HY icing on the Your tire selection is off the hook! My favor model but I doubt I will ever resto it. I got her whipped into good mechanical tho. I think @prondzy is nuts for letting this one go but knowing him he's probally got another one stashed. There is a Spring inside which breaks and usually found that way. The remnants of the spring need removed to install the new one correctly! A friend had a “shop” rebuild his and they just through the spring in and gave it back in as state of disrepair! I rebuilt it for him with this kit below. However a kit is still available. The brackets to utilize one for wheel horse would be easy to make. Expect to pay a good bit for one HY -3 regardless of condition.
