WheelhorseBob 1,549 #1 Posted February 28, 2021 Question for those who might know. Will farmall 12” front wheel weights fit on the rear 12” rim of a garden tractor? Curious as I found a set. thanks, Bob.

Pretty sure they are the same as used on Cub Cadet and yes they will work on the inside of the rear wheel. These are CC /Farmall weights on my Power King Edited February 28, 2021 by squonk 2
JCM 9,130 #4 Posted February 28, 2021 I have a set of fronts and rears for a 1951 IH Super A in the garage all painted up ready to go but they are buried , but will take a look if I can, off the top of my head I would say no.
WVHillbilly520H 10,373 #5 Posted February 28, 2021 Yep IH Farm AL Cub and IH Cub Cadet same 12" wheel weight approximately 30-35# each and yes they fit just fine on the inside of WH wheels. Note if you have the 8.5" wide (520H) rear wheels and can find some elusive Massey Ferguson split weights you can bolt both sets on and hide them under the hub caps. 3

I'm not sure what those are but not the more common IH Cub/Cub Cadet weights in pictured above with 4 bolt holes, those having 3 bolt holes are not going to work on our 12" WH wheels. Lee1977 6,648 #8 Posted February 28, 2021 Check the to see if they will match up with just two holes.
JAinVA 4,619 #9 Posted February 28, 2021 (edited) Those weights are off an IH Farmall H I know because I have a pair that I took off my H. They fit nicely inside the rim edge of a WH 12" wheel. Two bolts will work fine. Edited February 28, 2021 by JAinVA 3 1
520HC 208 #10 Posted February 28, 2021 Yes those weights will fit a 12" wheel. 1

WheelhorseBob 1,549 #13 Posted March 1, 2021 thanks guys! I spoke to the gentleman who has them tonight. I’ll go get them this week. The parallel bolt holes are just right at 8.5”. Seems they are quite a bit heavier than regular cub fronts which is perfect. He guessed 60lbs. Or so.
WheelhorseBob 1,549 #14 Posted March 4, 2021 (edited) Thanks to the members who said these would fit. They are are Farm-all 6678-D weighs that fit the front of a wide range of Farm-all’s. They also fit the rear of 12” garden tractor rims. About 40lbs each. Enjoyed my time with the elderly gent selling them more than the purchase but then for me that’s usually the case!
