So these "wires" you are talking about are they hard to bend by hand ? or really flexible like rubber? Like Dan mentioned above it shouldn't have electrical wires to the carb but just a throttle and choke remote operating cables.

The engine did smoke a bit before I was able to shut It off so it may be a broken piston ring because the oil is good the Briggs doesn't have a dip stick so I can we oil I think it maybe my bad about spitting oil I tried to fill the intake my bad

If you don't have a dip stick on a Briggs, then you should have fill plugs or plug near the bottom of the engine. Put oil in through the plug until it is full to the top of the hole. There should never be a need to put oil in the intake.

You probably have a carburetor full of oil if you dumped oil in the intake. If there is a drain plug on the carburetor bowl, remove it and let the bowl drain out. Also pull the spark plug out and turn the engine over several times to get excess oil out of the cylinder. After doing these 2 things the oil issue should be resolved. Then you will most likely have to get what ever wires went to the carb put back together.
