If there is a drain plug on the carburetor bowl, remove it and let the bowl drain out. Also pull the spark plug out and turn the engine over several times to get excess oil out of the cylinder. After doing these 2 things the oil issue should be resolved. Then you will most likely have to get what ever wires went to the carb put back together.
