Got bogged down in other projects plus what started as a few hours helping out an organization in NYC has turned into something almost resembling a job-gratifying but time consuming. Hoping it'll wind down over the next month. So I put the flail aside for a bit but, like @Oldskool's sickle bar, it's been glaring at me reproachfully every single time I go in the garage. As of last week, it is back on the rails with a solid plan for the lift mechanism and it is because of it that I've started this thread--to make lifting it easier! Look for the other thread to resume shortly. Thanks for the call out!
wallfish 17,114 #29 Posted February 13, 2021 Ah Ha! Well sometimes that works out for the best since you see things different when you get back to it. ( Or at least that's my excuse for having years long ongoing projects)
