daveoman1966 3,758 #1 Posted February 7, 2021 (edited) This older Hydraulic Clyinder #6618...used 'til mid 70s...is notorious for developing a leak and making a mess. Here is my 'easy fix' to stop the drip drip drip... If it later on begins to leak again, just replace the O-ring under the Copper washer. This is the fix I used on both my Bronco 14 and the C-160 Auto a couple of years ago and neither one leaks today. ebinmaine 68,252 #2 Posted February 7, 2021 An excellent idea Dave and thanks for posting. My own Charger cylinder does seap a tad so I may very well put this to use.
