We had good luck changing our M35 from this -

image.png.1e17baf4cbfcc66f6a4a4075e411fc82.png

To this -

image.png.2e3335b9b99253346cb943ff4d4a4903.png

I got the patterns from examples of several other trucks and a chart showing the paint pattern.  The green in CARC 383, FS 34094, the brown is  FS 30051, and flat black is FS 911.  FS = Federal Standard.  Good luck with the paint job!

The green and tan are both Rust-Oleum colors. Here's the green.

The engine is a 1976 Chrysler 1 lunger.

The wheels are actually pretty close to that color.

Nice looking set I got from @Sparky last fall.

Looking good Eric. I guess we are all looking forward to spring. I know I am. Adding another shed this spring for what ever. Man has to have sheds.

I like how you made that a plural.

Lots of sheds.

Like buying shoes... if we say sheds there is no cap on the plural amount!

We wouldn't be ourselves without total deviation from original topic.

It'd be nice if the topic stayed visible on the screen when scrolling down through the posts. Just so we can see how far we've strayed off topic, right?

Well, it sort of does at the computer tab thing that Windows puts up. But got stuff to do could have anything to do about anything from plowing snow to treating toenail fungus. So that one is on the description by the original poster.:ychain:

anyway, good luck on the SSSSSSSSSSTT SSSSSSSST   SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSTT

I look at my "Notifications", right click, "open in new tab" those I should follow up on.  Then the same for "New Content" and by then I might have 10 new tabs open.  It's a wonder that I keep track of any of them!  Perhaps I'm not...  Where was I?  Oh!

Good idea!  A Topic Heading!  Or Thread Title!  I like it!  Wonder if that is possible?

What kind of beer are you going to drink before and while painting??  I recommend Stevens Point or Killian's Red beer...especially when painting camouflage.  The idea being...once it is painted you can't see it and then you won't be able to find it.  Then, the next day, while picking up the empty beer cans, you will bump into it.   Boom-sha-ka-lac-a !!!

On a side note, if you decide to paint it Battleship Grey, it would look great on blue Astro Turf...like they use on the football fields in Alaska.  :banana-linedance:

An excellent recommendation. Much appreciated.

Advice like that is not received often enough.

BTW the sheer logic there is startlingly accurate.

This is how we get back on topic?  Well, this is important anyway.  I'm a fan of Killians but I'm completely unfamiliar with Stevens Point.  Local perhaps?

Oh!  The topic!  Paint colors!   How about these? image.jpeg.de19be4c469df90c34058ce0f5e77c23.jpeg

Well then!  That's a different color set!

Blue Moon® Belgian White Bottle

And I agree!  One of my favorites!  And I'm going to town shortly!
