Racinbob 11,100 #5 Posted February 4, 2021 Heck yea! My wife is making the usual super bowl manicottis and I'm thinking it's going to be a good one with those two quarterbacks.
rjg854 11,389 #6 Posted February 4, 2021 Yes, I'll most likely watch, sort of having football withdrawals. Plus I'd like to see Bucs get beat by the Chiefs. 1
Pullstart 62,922 #7 Posted February 4, 2021 I used a super bowl yesterday... made me some beef stew!
953 nut 55,328 #8 Posted February 4, 2021 The best thing about the super bowl is the fact the NASCAR season starts the next week! 2
Racinbob 11,100 #9 Posted February 4, 2021 That must be why I like the super bowl.
Ed Kennell 38,247 #10 Posted February 4, 2021 Yep, I'm hoping Patrick sends Tom to the retirement home with Drew, Ben, and Aaron. We need some young QBs that can run on these teams.

WHX?? 48,834 #13 Posted February 4, 2021 Prolly just have it on out in the shop for noise. 'Posed to colder than a witches' chest in a brass bra here so start a fire out there and hole up with a motor rebuild or some other horse nonsense. Put a mask on Randy and you can sneak out to the sidelines as Andy!

I played football in school but was never a big sports fan, but we do really love the Chiefs and my wife would like to adopt Mahomes!! Randy 1

Darb1964 1,044 #18 Posted February 4, 2021 I'll watch it, never get a chance to see the likes of tom terrific again. Maybe next year.
Ed Kennell 38,247 #19 Posted February 4, 2021 This'll probably raise a few eye brows. Before the 2020 season, the Tampa Sports Authority, which operates Raymond James Stadium for Hillsborough County, received $10 million in CARES Act funding to retrofit the stadium with safety features including touchless bathrooms and pod seating. 22,000 fans will be allowed in the stadium. That's about $500 / fan to drain some suds. 1

JoeM 7,874 #24 Posted February 5, 2021 Strange how we can spend cares act money and pull this off but a lot of kids still out of school! Not to mention the vaccine trickle! I did find it intriguing how none of the NFL teams filed bankruptcy because there we no fans. Not much of a whine either, must not mean to much to the bottom line. Parting shot, the winner may be determined on the air pressure in the balls!

I’m just a few miles west of St. Louis and I’ve always been a St. Louis sports fan. When I was younger I was a diehard Cardinals football fan and was heartbroken when they left. I’ve also always followed the Chiefs just because they’re from Missouri and I like to support Missouri teams. When we got the Rams I jumped on board immediately and loved the greatest show on turf even though it only lasted for a couple of years. My wife never showed much interest but for whatever reason I was watching the Chiefs a couple years ago and she sat down next to me and just loved the exciting play. She loves the passing game and he makes it super exciting. Even though she played volleyball in college, she’s really normally not all that into sports but she loves her Chiefs now. I’m good with it.
