Some interesting ideas there.

 

If you were to exaggerate the size of that a little so as to hold a standard u1 battery in the face that would be a neat little battery box.

Finally got the pint stein lined  out!

Zip tie ends are housed inside the handle, handle halves can seperate if the zip tie ever needs replacement!

I know.. but pretty freakin cool to roll a seal that reveals a bias relief that was created so long ago and is basically the first large scale civilization! And you can hold it in your hand!

Looks like he got pretty far! Cast Aluminum and mirror chome plate. Very nice and the prices mentioned are pretty good too!

I could, or i could add that directly to the bottom of the ornament if a "frame" effect around the base is desired.  2 piece might be easier color wise. Glenn's serve a function though, to be sure the metal ornament doesn't scratch the tractor, and i'm not sure his aren't injection molded rubber.

2 piece would allow a 'mix and match' too, if that were important to someone.  I would want a black one myself.

 

I think the ornament would look more 'finished' with the base around it.  Sure, print it right into the base!

Theres a flexible filament that might be nice for that too. I get some orders completed, ill add that to my to do list!

Maybe instead of the rubber, ill just do that in black. Should be minimal added print time. If I go this route, I'll make them available to anyone that has already ordered an ornament for shipping only.(custom order)

Got the new red filament in, and some glow in the dark red paint should be here in a day or 2. Gonna see how a layer of it looks. This paint is supposed to be relatively Transparent so you could use it to add glow functionality to an existing picture or painting.

And Yep if you're a repeat customer I can always just toss one in yer box!

@Achto..Thanks for the "Like" Dan! I was beginning to realize just how much of a geek I really am when all I was hearing was crickets with something that durn cool!

My illusion that I am at least somewhat normal has been partially restored!
