The only thing Wheel Horse related about my quick trip to Chi Town was dropping off a B-111 trans to Dino and grabbing this bourbon that happened to show up. My FIL’s shop was looking for a courier to get a part for one of their big machines that was down and it happened to be less than 10 miles from Steve. stevasaurus 22,711 #19 Posted January 27, 2021 Wheel Horse Bourbon Review. I was able to replace the Bourbon today that Kevin got. I took the liberty to sample it. Straight up, it is harsh...nothing smooth about this stuff. I must say, the 2nd and 3rd sips were much better. It is very Bourbon at 101 proof. I suggest at least 2 cubes of ice and allowed to set and be stirred for a few minutes. A splash of water can go a long way.
