I am getting better at my cooking

As you may remember I started learning how to cook for the first time in my life sometime back to help my wife. It’s getting to be enjoyable now and with her guidance it is going pretty well. @DennisThornton I was also given a pretty involved cooking book which I have been reading and learning quite a bit from it . Today made Pork and Clams a popular dish from back home. It was quite a feast  . I was only able to make it to the couch afterwards.

Hey doing good there Kaz!

I do all our cooking so it would be the opposite way round for us, unless Sandra wanted to live on bean's on toast lol.

She can cook but she sees it all as a bit of a faff and prefers quick and easy to more involved cooking.

Today is our fasting day so nothing to eat from 8pm last night until lunch time. Its a weight loss diet, trying the shed the Christmas pounds. Twice a week very limited intake. Saves on washing up lol.
