None going on here either. 

Trina wants it for snowshoeing but I could do without and be perfectly happy.

We received a little wet sloppy stuff over night. Not enough to get the blower out but I did get to have some fun pushing the slop off from the sidewalk with my C-145.

yup this weather system is settling in like last year, early snow fall 12 + inches , all but gone two days later , mabey a light sleet mix then nothing , but heavy frost, being close to the coast , its feast or famine , usually goes out to sea or goes north , maine, vt . still regularly run my small herd , to keep them active ,  pete

We've been missing most of the storms here in Southern Maine too.

10 years ago we had regularly basis 6inches of snow, now, one time in the 3 years, one inch.  Are we already experiencing climate changes?

Climate change is a natural occurrence but I do believe the humans are helping accelerate it greatly.

I read an article where a "world expert" on global warming basically admitted that global warming was a big lie...she was apologizing for misleading people on the effect of burning fossil fuels on climate change.

She talked like the whole global warming movement got out of hand and began to "snowball" (pun intended)...so fast it was hard to stop the multi- billion dollar global warming industry.

Few are concerned with naturally occurring climate change.  The one to worry about is the human-driven one we find ourselves in now where we are indeed accelerating into unknown territory. 
 

Anthropogenic sources of atmosphere influencing agents have been a byproduct  of creating a civilized, industrial society.  How we deal with these costs is subject to wide ranging philosophical interpretation.  
 

But the science is pretty clear that ongoing or pending climate change isn’t a natural occurrence.

I’m glad you used quotation marks around “world expert” for the gadfly that penned that apology.  
 

As suggested, I did the google search and then spent the next several hours reading into this a little more deeply.   It was quite interesting.  Most of what I read presented a contrarian view to the author’s.  
 

there is certainly a multi-billion dollar industry involved with climate change, but there aren’t very many scientists getting rich from their efforts.

Funny thing from 1990 -2006 I drove that very stretch daily to work in various 2wd trucks, tire chains in the tool box for when needed, my dad did it from 1967- mid 90s in a 2wd, before finally getting a 4x4.
