Those seats are real comfortable Eric, I even have one on my Raider.

Do you use it with the springs as well, or flat on the pan?

When I got my 856 back in 2010, this is what was being used for the seat.

It was actually very comfortable.

School cafeteria type chair?

If it was the right color I'd absolutely use one of those.

I have the low back Michigan seat on mine and my Son's Work Horses. I put the hinge plate and springs under them to be more comfortable and add a couple inches of leg room.

I've never ridden on one of them Mike but I've got at least a couple to use in future projects.

I really like the look quite a lot.

How do you feel about the comfort?

Plenty comfy! Definitely need the seat springs in my opinion.
Next time I have my Commando-8 up in Maine feel free to try it out

Well this was the post that started it all......

I think if you search Speedanza more will come up. I called it my " Speedanza" because it was a Speedex frame with Bonanza hood and grill. I wish one of you guys would have bought it. I sold it to a man who bought it and the 1964 Lambert. Here they are being hauled away.
