I agree with @elcamino/wheelhorse Jim.  FedEx International is pretty easy.  Commercial invoice and HS codes will help too.

All the couriers charge duty every item crossing the border which is not all that expensive, the killer is brokerage and the fee they charge on using their $$$ for prepayment- it's a loan with a very high fee.

The postal service, many packages flow through customs duty free those that get tagged the duty is collected on delivery without being charged brokerage or a fee,

Global shipping is he same joke and for those of us living rural the couriers do not deliver.

Most sellers forget, the customer comes first and you need me the buyer me more than I need them as there's always another vendor around the corner willing to fulfill his obligation to the buyer.

Drop shipping is another pet peeve.

My brake lining was finally delivered on January 19, 2021. It was shipped on December 1, 2020. I don't care if there is a pandemic, a Christmas rush, bad weather, or a combination of all three, there is no excuse for a package to take 49 days to get to its destination. I blame most of the problem on eBay for having such a stupid method of handling international deliveries. Just weeks before, I shipped a brake lining to Sweden with me doing all the customs paperwork. It took only 2-1/2 weeks.

That is sad, especially when between the States and Canada have far more connections cross boarder too, I bet if they didnt paint a line indicating where the boarder was they'd get so screwed up that they'd send it to Mexico, hahahaha, That reminds me of a old Newfie joke up here, if you want to confuse a newfie send him into a round room and piss in the corner.......I think thats about as inteligent our 2 counties parcel shipping goes too heheheheh.
