May want to give us a couple clues here. What application is the bearing on, what type of bearing is it, what size is it, etc.?

110569 is a Toro part number.

Taper bearing, and they require proper pre-load.

Hey Guys! Thanks All!  We got a foot of snow here on X-mas day in SW Michigan and figured I would get the Snow Chucker out and stretch its legs a little. A couple minutes and the Auger Stopped O#*EY(@&#^($&)^)!*&#$^)!*#( WT Heck! :ranting:   Anyways it Blew a Master Link on the Drive Chain So I had 10' Of Chain and links so I fixed It. Took it out again and after 10 Minutes of blowin it stopped dead in its tracks again. I thought shear pin never replaced one (don't even know if it has one?) But after looking the chain was broke again. I checked and the master link was gone! I pulled it in the garage Got My Trusty Grill Spatula Awe Hell a liile grease will make them burgers slide and taste a lil better! :handgestures-thumbupright:

Anyways Figured it had to be a rock I hit so used the spatula to remove the snow and dig around and find the rock. After 10 minutes  I didn't find any so  I let it than over the floor drain and then I could Pull it back in its spot and work on it. A couple hrs later after the snow was melted I backed it up and tore into it. I figured the bearing was shot and the the chain got loose and blew a link. The Collar was flopping around so i took it apart, After examination of the parts the bearing didn't look all that bad altho I figured I would change it anyway since I have it apart. So I figured I would pull my Brand New F-350 XLT back in the garage by that time all the snow was melted and low and behold there was a rock big as my fist broke in half and it all made sense. I never rebuilt the Blower 100% When I did the Automation When I Built The Snow Chucker in Oct 2011.  Wow coming up on 10 years already. Well anyways I want the bearings like yesterday and with everyone's help on cross reference #'s I can get them Here.   I will go ahead and replace the Bearing and this summer I will rebuild it to 100% like I did the Tractor. Its a Fun Machine To Operate. Its pretty tuff Plowin the Snow in my Jammies its a tuff job but someone has to do it! For those who haven't seen it in Operation You Can See It Here.  Anyway I plan on replacing the Cheap Bronze 1" bearings with Greaseable 1" 4 Bolt Flange Bearings this summer. Anyways thanks for everyone's Help, here is a Picture of Our new Truck and yes it is Red.

By the way I never realized hitting a Rock like that would shear a chain like that. Its never happened in 9 years of Operation. It would be interesting to hear everyone else's opinion on this. I would think there should be a shear pin somewhere?  Thanks ~Duke

Looks like the blower is a 2 stage, if so it should have shear bolts connecting the augers to the shafts on the front gear (auger) box.  However the augers might have brown welded themselves to the shaft, I guess the chain is the next point of failure.  Better that than a gear though...

Installed new seals etc on my 44''  2 stage years ago model # 79361 and the augers were stuck to the shafts. Upon re assembly I coated both shafts with never seize and replaced the 2 shear pins # 322-14 with 2 lock nuts # 3296-29 all Toro parts. This was done 15 years ago and to this day if you grab the augers both of them have rotational play, something they never had before the semi refurb. Also bought 2 extra shear pins back then and they are still in stock and have never needed them. Good to hear from you Duke. Hope this helps.

Yep its a Two Stage From Hell. Took me About Two Years to rebuild it from the Ground Up! Now its the blowers turn.  ~Duke

Well started putting it back together Now Serriusly which bearing would you rather have in your blower? A Greaseable 4 Bolt Flange Bearing? Or a Piece "O"  chit Puta Bearing?

Ill Put it together as is, but in the Spring I will take it apart and weld up the non used holes, and have it blasted and Powder coated as it should be.

Installed Both 4 Bolt Flange Bearings and they Fit Like a Glove. and was a nice upgrade as these are real bearings instead of Bronze and are greaseable and the blower seems to run alot smoother.  :handgestures-thumbupright:

Take a good look at the sprocket teeth. Very hard to see unless you pull them out but if the teeth are worn to shark fin shape, it will continue to throw the chain and split the master. Took me a few pieces of chain to figure it out because the teeth look good when staring down through the hole at them.

spacer.pngOkay getting my Hawaiian Gal mounted in the 520-SC  she was in the C-120 but after I built this Chucker I sold it to Scott WH74. Anyways I found a piec of 3/16 Aluminum and Cut Out A Mounting Bracket Drilled Painted the Pop Riveted in place. I then epoxied the Gal in Place it is all drying Hopefully I can get her SHAKIN HER BOOTIE by the end of day!  :handgestures-thumbupright:  Heres some pics

I would put enough grease in those bearings to be sure no water had made its way in behind the seals.
