Sam Pasch 449 #1 Posted December 23, 2020 I just built this hitch a few days ago that can use my 2 inch ball and tow a yard cart. I wondered if any of you guys have done anything similar. I also made a wheight box for the front. 7

tbear853 58 #9 Posted December 25, 2020 Mine I just recently modded, has OEM drawbar, 2" inside square receiver, 2" hitch ball with a center 13.5" from floor to be used with a trailer or my tow behind shop crane or even my new hitch crane (bought to use with my truck) or just throw a chain over. I added the two links to my home made snow plow brackets that have been in place 25 or so years, I just replaced a bolt in each. The forward tab under the transmission is about 1/8" spaced away from contact with transmission.
rjg854 11,351 #10 Posted December 25, 2020 appears there's nothing that won't hook up to that hitch

I thought of making it with heavier channel clamped to the axle tubes, but then I had the snow plow mounts in place (clamped with 4 bolts each and a short stitch weld to prevent shifting) and the 3/8 grade 8s will hold all the tractor can pull around here in the yard on grass and if I need more pulled, I have trucks. I can also hang more than I would want on it too I think. Edited December 25, 2020 by tbear853
