Ok.. I got this seat off here before.. someone gave me a web site, and I lost it! The seat has one piece to it, no metal back! Here are a few pictures

Bingo!! I checked, and there it is! I recommend those seats 100%! I’ve sat on those seats in 90 degrees and also 0 degrees, and it doesn’t tear. I mean there would be nothing to tear... they’re like a seat mold!

that's the agri supply seat , it has the exact  w/h bolt pattern on it , if you look at the agri  seat page , and scroll down on seat info , it shows' the exact  7-1/2 "  w/h bolt on base. use fresh 5/15 bolts and washers , and lubricate them , for a smooth and easy installation , I have 3 of them , on my horses, pete

Glad someone brought up the WH seat replacement topic. Am I missing something or is it me. On the 312-8 and the C-120 the bolt pattern appears to be the same 7 1/2'' left to right and 7'' front to back on the original WH seats. On the 417-8 and 418-A  the pattern is the same left and right but changes to 8'' front to back. I have 2 new seats that will only work on the 312 & 120 and don't need to change them only the 418. These replacement seats I have are close to the originals looks wise. Do the agri- supply seats work on 400 and 500 series tractors or any other brand that resembles the factory type seat.  @peter lena     Thanks

jcm  I can't say anything about the 400-500 series , but only refer to the seat diagram measurements on the agri  seat info site. if the holes are  close , you could always bolt on a metal flat strip to pick up the other hole area, pete

Jim is know this is 1 "expensive"   https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/countyline-kubota-seat-530000bk-cnl     but it has several mounting hole options and the factory Kubota seat that was on the 315-8 was super comfy and when I finally replace the one on the Anniversary 520 I think this will be the one as the Michigan unit in bought for the 95 seems to be discontinued.

Here are some pics of the 2 new seats I have but as they sit may need to figure a way to make them work for the 400&500 series. The second pic has so many holes you would think we used that as a backstop for target practice yet none of the holes will work on the 400 or 500 as they sit.

I wonder if the slide tracks on the 400 & 500 would allow this to work or wouldn't matter ? If it doesn't then this may be a solution. Thank you   @WVHillbilly520H

If you look at my pics above on the 95s Michigan seat I have aftermarket seat adjusters but I had to add a bolt for a positive stop, no adapters but I "assume" the slides will bolt to the springs then use adapters on the seat to the sliders. Or make your own?

Just did the same attaching a low-rise Black Talon aftermarket seat to a 520. Kicking myself for not taking more pics so I could share how I did it but I don't feel like taking it apart again!

Gist is slides came with positive stop in one direction (toward front) but not toward rear (oops!). Like @WVHillbilly520H, I drilled and squared another hole in one side of the slide and put in a short carriage bolt that would hit one of the seat-attaching bolts while clearing the internal-to-the-slide seat locking mechanism (If I did it again, I'd put the bolt on the same side as the locking mechanism but hey, experience does have a cost). Had to add spacer washers when attaching the slide to the seat spring to accommodate the ⅛" extra height from the head of the carriage bolt.

Slides didn't come with instructions so still puzzled how manufacturer expected them to have a stop in that direction.

Yes, the 400 series. All the one that have the Long C pieces.

I got mine from Tractor Supply (had it in stock on the shelf). They matched Northern Tool's website, as they were having a sale. Think I got it for like $45.

Mounted mine on my Commando 8, along with a pair of the "U" shaped seat springs.
