ebinmaine 67,717 #2 Posted December 3, 2020 It's a law here when in the road. Must have a yellow or amber lamp visible 360°
Mickwhitt 4,645 #3 Posted December 3, 2020 I have flashing head lights, it was an LED kit off ebay. They are really good and flash in different patterns so you can find one that suits you. Also work normal of course.
SylvanLakeWH 25,609 #4 Posted December 3, 2020 I added a cigarette lighter and put on a magnetic amber strobe with an in-line switch... works like a charm. 4
953 nut 55,372 #5 Posted December 3, 2020 I used an adjustable speed LED Motorcycle flasher on the taillights, you can set any speed you want. Mine are set up as a strobe light, https://www.wish.com/product/5784bb2f3ae7107d1256562e?hide_login_modal=true&from_ad=goog_shopping&_display_country_code=US&_force_currency_code=USD&pid=googleadwords_int&c={campaignId}&ad_cid=5784bb2f3ae7107d1256562e&ad_cc=US&ad_lang=EN&ad_curr=USD&ad_price=2.80&campaign_id=7203534630&gclid=Cj0KCQiAtqL-BRC0ARIsAF4K3WFG755GIg-oGCEtMtdGheb-OtOT6kjoOyeOH1dm85RY0twHSjq_QtoaAhVfEALw_wcB&share=web 2

Strobes have to be visible 360. Richard I'm assuming you're using red tail lights? We can't have any red or blue lights flash up here..

Yup - I might put a pole on back and raise it up... but I have the two standard back lights and a third led that is on the “brake light” brightness so I am pretty well lit up...

Very nice very nice I intend to put a light on a pole at the back of the tractor at some point but I don't see that happening immediately so I purchased two magnet mount strobes and I'm going to plop one on each back fender corner for now.
WHX?? 48,839 #9 Posted December 3, 2020 Tom @Shynon rigged up a pair of very bright led head lights on his 1054 plow tractor that he can make flash. Not sure if they would be legal on a road tho? Might have to check first. He had them flashing on the plow field and I thought the cops were after me!
oilwell1415 563 #10 Posted December 3, 2020 How much current do the lights draw? Could be a simple matter of installing a turn signal flasher in the circuit.
