That's great !

If you could get back to me on this , I was thinking of seeing if I could get a brush blade for this and just keep it down where we ride the ATV's .

I know It's not perfectly suited for a blade but if I take it easy it will sure beat doing it by hand .

Sadly around here any weekend in the summer you can pick them up all week long by the road.

Best thing I ever did was get rid of all my gas powered weed whacker's.  Battery is the way go, no gas mixing, no smell, no noise, no fighting with it to start. Just pull the trigger.  Between the 2 properties it's close to 10 acres and no issues with run time with batteries.

Mine no longer has model tag but it looks like the same. Still using original carburetor.

WHX??

Quite a few people use the dumpster at my shop. I don't care I get charged the same every month wether it's empty or overflowing every week at pickup. All I ask is they fill the nite before pickup so I have room for my construction garbage. Went to lock up the other nite and some idiot was stuffing a almost brand new four stroke weed eater in it.

Turns out the guy was trashing it cause he couldn't figure out how to put new line on it! How stupid is that!?! ..... had to be a couple a hundred new right? Needless to say I picked it for backup and insulted Google on how to restring it.

Handy Don

Over the years: two snowblowers (one I still use, one gifted to neighbor), string trimmer (tuned up and gifted to a neighbor), new unused 26" bicycle (donated to a local charity after minor adjustments), lawn mower (blown piston; parted the wheels and more), Scotts drop spreader (off to a friend), 4x5x1½" oak butcher block table top (now a worktable in my shop), chairs, tools, 100' ¾" garden hose (needed new female connector, $5), and once, an amazing cache of parts (hinges, bolts, washers, screws, hooks, eyes, and shelf brackets many used around the house and on projects). My ride is a wagon so if it looks like treasure I stop to check and if its "gold" and fits, in it goes.  Our village helps this along by having a schedule for "large article disposal" pickup days.

Lane Ranger

Years ago at the old Town Dump in the Town of BARNES,WISCONSIN people use to take their trash to the dump which would be covered over  daily to keep the bears from gobbling up the smelling fish heads and other food garbage!

But what they locals would do is set aside "stuff"  that was still good, useable or fixable along side the edges for other locals to take.    So the practice became people would go to the dump to find some new things in the Town of Barnes, Wisconsin!

All neat and tidy!
