I use a product called Rimguard because I have good inexpensive local access to it. @pullstart has a video on YouTube about how he fills tires.
ebinmaine 67,515 #53 Posted November 17, 2021 Update 11/16/2021: I've been doing some local market research around southern Maine to get current pricing on having a dealer fill vs DIY. RV antifreeze is available for home delivery around $3.50/gallon. Weight 7.6 +/- Rimguard is available for $3./ Gallon. Must be picked up in customer supplied containers. Weight 10.5-11. All 4 shops I spoke to have gone up in labor rate as you'd expect. IMHO: Best bet for maximum weight and money savings is certainly to buy some 5 gallon (?) buckets and purchase the Rimguard then self install.
