Sorry for starting this thread so late in the season.  I kept forgetting to take pictures.  Here are some pictures of my leaf rig.  What are you using?

This is my go to. It has been modified to mulch and vacuum. The trees here are still  loaded which is good as I'm waiting for a new impellor for the harvester.2015.11.13.1402.thumb.JPG.a0050e5acd706d1efee9025f0dc44b3d.JPGIMG_2201.thumb.JPG.6c47912b580636b082931b5fd2744105.JPG

I like it.  I wish mine had a chipper port like yours.

The chipper works but I rarely use it. This the my go to for that. This is how we use the leaf mulch.2019_05_03_1993.JPG.316c5e5f49935f1e5025f8938939cdb8.JPG

That an Agra Fab unit?

My neighbor has one on his Cub Cadet 60" zero turn.  I noticed that last time out, he was using the CC grass collecter bags.  When I asked what was up, he said that he was tired of unplugging hoses on the Agra Fab unit.

@Lee1977, Could you take some pictures of the blower mount on your tractor.  I have thought about making something like that to take the weight off the rear of my tractor.  My Trac Vac is very heavy.

Bill D I can get some photos of what you want but it would help to know what area you are interested in. The Agrifab when empty is to heavy for me to lift at hook up. I have jack it up and it is quite a load. The chipper is a Valby 260. The chipper disk weighs 1000lbs, the recommended HP is 70+ and it can chip 10" diameter pieces.

Thanks, but I'm looking for pictures of the @Lee1977 setup.  I want to mount the blower unit directly to my tractor and just tow the hopper.  Nice chipper, I should probably rent one like it to take care of what I want to do.

My vacuum is home built including the blower. I have it mounted in a Receiver hitch and braced down to the Wheel horse hitch. I also extended the hitch out for the trailer.

I went and did a rebuild on mine last year after squirrels attacked my gas tank, and I noticed that the tub of my trailer was rotting out.  Picked up a NOS Husqvarna trailer from a dealership that went out of business, and put the two together to make a solid unit.  Got some new hoses for it and it works like a charm, still trying to get it to attach to my deck properly, but most of the time I blow my leaves into piles and then suck them up by hand.

Before -> Squirrel Attack -> Rebuild -> Now

I bought one of those doo dadder majigger things that you push around and the bag fills up in 34.3 seconds. then you dirty up yourself cleaning out the bag. It's just like new for fifty bucks. Anyway, it will be broken down in pieces to make a proper tow behind for a trailer mount..   I use leaves for mulching my lawn and move them around to the parts of the lawn without leaves. then they get ground to dust.   The best leaves are from a mulberry tree--just full of nitrogen

Come to think of it, the drive wheels and transmission might be used for a powered wheelbarrow or something.

The guts of an MTD or Troybilt walk behind is what I used to modify the Agrifab to vacuum and mulch..
