Put in a plug to whole house. Runs everything except micro, ac and the coffee makers! I can run a cord to my neighbor so she has some juice as well... has a detachable power / status head that I put by the door so I can check status, % power used etc. without going outside... I have a shore plug on the side of my house to plug in my 8000w Baldor gen. Shut the main breaker off & turn the 50amp breaker for the gen on. Will run all but the AC units. I’m not an electric guy, so I did have mine installed with a permit by an electrician and inspected... I’m not fond of sparks...!
