peter lena 8,583 #2 Posted November 14, 2020 newbie, you can get familiar with these pictures,https://www.google.com/search?sxsrf=ALeKk01c6RyxAtkGS-dCYxFr0Kt9mC_sCA:1605377497214&source=univ&tbm=isch&q=wheel+horse+rear+plow+frame+mount&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjGos6b0YLtAhUuxVkKHavfCLUQjJkEegQIBhAB&biw=1024&bih=625, if you have a plow , like a 42" -48" -or a 54" on the frame you also need the ( rear axel hook up frame ),which lets you easily support the rear of the plow frame , also put 1/8" R type safety clips into the swing arm holes , to secure the frame. look over the various mounting pictures , for ideas and insight . really a simple hook up, take the time to detail lubricate all movement points , I get mine ready on 2 milk crates , letting me verify its swing and movement areas , if you get it built and its smooth and easy , that how it will be on your 520. lubrication is key , pete Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Unless you have an '88 or '89 straight axle 520... 90-97 has the swept forward front axle requiring the extension kit... Here's a brief pictorial of hitching up the snow plow using the "floating" lift link. Also my home brew front anti-sway bar, and the correct angle from seat lever.
