@gt14rider I think the only pieces to make now are a few pins and the mount with the rubber that attaches to the hitch. I dont have any measurements for that do you? I have 2 of the 3 pieces made.

I don't have that part. Will need to make one myself.

Was going to use a chunk of  mud flap for the rubber piece.

You can probably stop at a truck shop and see if thay have any old one laying around.

Ok I will wing it a bit. I was thinking a mud flap too. Something with nylon cording in it. I might be able to snag a piece at the local junkyard. It's closer to me. A couple of belts, pulleys, and pins and I'm up and going. Thanks again you have been a huge help. I may still need some tech help on installation.

@gt14rider I cant seem to be able to source the 2.5" idler anywhere. Any thought on acquiring one or could a bit larger one be used?

It is a idler pully,so you should be able too. As long as you have clearance?

Might be able to find something at tractor supply.

Anyone else have a pulley supplier?

I wont know till its on if I have room for a large idler. I looked at Tractor supply. McMaster Carr. Motion industries, Napa Surplus Center along with alot of other Google generated results. 3 or 3.5 was the smallest with a 1/2 bore.

Have room for a 3" pulley? This is a Stens dealer in Canada. Sometimes the numbers are different in the US.

Not as of yet. I do have everything all in one spot though. Everything but the belts. I just have to commit the GT to just a mowing tractor. Coming soon though. I let our field grow tall for our first hey harvest. As soon as its functioning I will definitely update.

It's on. It's working. Some fine tuning and a sharpening and it should be good to go.
