Sparky-(Admin) 21,311 #10 Posted November 14, 2020 Dang! I’m amazed every year that this forum not only survives but grows and stays active. I’m also on a couple well run truck and car forums and they are nowhere near as active as this site. A Redsquare anniversary always reminds me that I’ve been here a looooooong time 3

The original Redsquare was started by a friend of mine, an 18 year old high school senior. I believe it was a school project or something along those lines. When the original web host was failing Karl @nylyon saved the day and all the data and got us where we are now. 1

Sounds like a familiar success story, like two guys building tractors in a 2 stall garage... building a house out of pallet wood, betting the farm on the business! 1

nylyon-(Admin) 7,269 #23 Posted November 15, 2020 I was so tied up in doing end of year stuff around the house, I completely forgot about ’s birthday. 14 years eh? It’s great to see the forum still around, we have amazing and dedicated moderators who run the ship, but the reason this stays afloat is all of you participating and supporting the site for the past 14 years. I came here on November 16, 2006 looking for a plow for my 416-H, as member #5 and never left. There was a forerunner to RedSquare, I had never been on it but it was called something like the WheelHorse Barn? @Sparky was on that site I think, maybe you were too? The other site which was around at that time is Wheelhorse.org which is still up and running but not as active as it was 14 years ago. Thank you for 14 wonderful years! You are an amazing group to keep this going and growing and as always I appreciate the support of the supporters who without them RedSquare would have died on October 15, 2011, and we would not be able to continue to run the site today. I hope I’m here to see the next 14 years! Happy Birthday you ole’ forum! 1
