peter lena 8,583 #2 Posted November 10, 2020 MARV, I don't have a pulley , but I do have advise on your grease , at every opportunity , use a hi temp grease , like lucas RED n tacky , having done a number of decks , the failure is typically due to a low temp / generic grease . since detailing my hi temp grease , there is very quiet and smooth operation. those 6203 rubber bearing seals are easily , removed with a pocket screwdriver , swipe out the existing lube , and hand pack hi temp grease , seals go right back in place. I even did my 6203 PTO Bearings, same thing . this might put off the purists , but if you can stop a failure while rebuilding , why not do it ? hi temp grease has a typical 550 flash point , and it will stay with your deck bearings . also detail your build , eliminate issues . those decks can run quietly , pete

KREP 15 #5 Posted December 5, 2020 I’ve got 3 spindle pulleys brand new. They didn’t fit my deck so I swapped them with the originals from my old deck. Tell me the diameter and I’ll send along if they’re the same.
KREP 15 #6 Posted December 6, 2020 Pulley diameter at edges. I think shafts are all the same.

KREP 15 #8 Posted December 11, 2020 5/8 shaft. The pulley has a small hole with splines around the opening to fit over the shaft. The shaft diameter itself is 5/8.
KREP 15 #9 Posted December 26, 2020 Nope, 5/8 and 3/4 don’t fit. I miked them. The shaft is .665 so the bearing is a 6203. With a 17 mm ID.
