Any member found to be committing high crimes against the community is subject to a twenty(20) dollar fine, to be removed directly from tractor funds and deposited into spouse's shoe funds. Checks and balances: 'Tractor and spouse shoe' inventory shall remain in balance, or favor tractor inventory. Any member found to have a decreasing tractor inventory shall be investigated and photographs taken as evidence. In the event a member spouse has an excessive/out of balance shoe inventory, evidence photos shall be posted, and violator shall be subject to public ridicule by members in good standing. In the interest of our kids it is also acceptable to use said profit for new shoes or a college fund instead of squandering on more tractors or tools.
