oliver2-44 9,702 #1 Posted November 2, 2020 So I was looking at the old Suburban Brochures and came up with a head scratcher In the Brochures Section there are 2 1960 Suburban Brochures 1960 Brochure (6) with wt26 tiller.pdf One list a 1960 WT-26 Tiller, for a Suburban that does not look like it has an extra motor driving it, and no HP is listed for an extra motor. When I search Redsquare for WT-26 Tiller I don't find anything! When I Try Google I don't find anything either. Them The other brochure list a 1960 WT-30 Tiller for a Suburban that has a separate motor mounted on top of the tiller. and the brochure list it as a 4HP self powered tiller. 1960 Brochure with WT-30 Tiller).pdf There is an implement manual for the WT-30 Tiller and I can also find pictures of it posted herein. So did WH actually manufacture/sell the WT-26 Tiller? If so, is it rarer than Hens Teeth? If so anyone have one, seen one, , any Pictures, Manuals? How was it driven from the tractor engine? gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,033 #4 Posted November 2, 2020 Have never seen anything on the WT-26. There may have been a transmission speed reducer involved also. Saw where the self-powered models did not require a speed reducer. Likely because the tiller and tractor speed controls would be independent but bet it was still too fast to be practical.
