Hmm, maybe run it with 3 and see how it goes? Good enough may save a bunch of tedious work. Not good enough and you're back where you started anyway.

@wallfish. @ebinmaine I'm doing the rest of them. Its easier to do it now and I have the steel. I have twist 4 and 5 bent already. Go big or go home right?

All 37ft of screw drive blade is now tacked in place. Maybe this screw will be done tomorrow. Only 1 more to build. Thank goodness

Fun fact: A 20 ton hydraulic jack will propel a 1 foot piece or 1/4"x 2"x3" tubing vertically approximately 5-1/2 ft. That's also definitely the same height off the bench as a shop light.
