Can I adapt this snowplow to 416h (photo attached)?

I was offered a plow blade with unknown history. Will this plow blade with shorter frame shown in photo below fit to "attachamatic" on a 1993 416h? I note that the plow frame has parallel bars, but they don't extend to rear axle. Can the 416h hydraulic lift control height? It appears a loose ink bar is there with the plow, but the connection is not immediately obvious, and I expect some further bits may be missing. The model number tags on the plow and frame are missing, can anyone identify the model number so I can search out further information? Thank you in advance for any insight.

I haven’t ever seen that type of frame, my guess is that it might be for some type of vertical shaft Wheel Horse?

I would pass on it, unless it’s free.  Then, it’ll require some serious rework to fit.

CWOULDHORSE , agree with pullstart , on the short frame issue , if you can get it cheap , and then get a longer style frame , used , the unbolting and bolting to the steering quadrant to that frame is not that difficult . do your research on , blade matching to the longer frame , if it only turns out to be a frame swap , with w/h parts . that is easy, pete

Just like @pullstart said above that one is for a vertical shaft tractor such as the 252, can you make it work? That depends your talents tools and overall capabilities...

That appears to be a 42" dozer blade, Model 6-7121.  I had one a Charger 8, which was a vertical shaft machine.  I modified it to fit my 310-8 by using angle iron to extend the rails to the rear axle and removed the attachment uprights.  Did that many years ago and still us it to clear my driveway of snow.

6-7123 blade replaced 6-7121 and 6-7122
This blade replaced by 6-7124, 66-42BA01, 76-42BA01, 86-42BA01, 96-42BA01 and 06-42BA01
