I have a question. Can the mule drive bearing be replaced on my mule drive? Is this fixable? If it is does anybody have the part numbers? and or a video on replacing them? Thanks wheelhorse folks!

No mention of replaceable bearings. Not saying it can not be done. The later pulleys are often welding around the bottom of the V so at a minimum a metal lathe would be required to separate the 2 halves. Here is what Toro has for replacements

https://www.partstree.com/parts/toro-104974/

Looks like a standard metric ball bearing with possibly a 3/4" ID. 6203-2RS-16 is just a guess.

Just found the Nylock nuts are 3/4"-16 so that should be the shaft diameter. #915640 and 915640-4 replaced by the current 3296-15.

They may be a thin nut - do not know.

Standard nut with Loctite would do the job.

bottjernat1, that parts tree link   is the type of bearing and most importantly the  WIDE RUBBER SEALS , THAT GIVE YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO HI TEMP  GREASE THOSE , for a purest its terrifying to even think about a grease change on a " sealed bearing " . but its simple and easy , note the WIDTH OF THE  ORANGE RUBBER SEAL, THAT MAKES IT VERY EASY TO REMOVE IT WITH a 3" pocket screwdriver . I recently did a number of 6203 bearings over  to hi temp grease. those mule  drive bearings get very hot , and fail with the wrong grease . also bought 2 new pulleys for a mule drive, first thing I did was pop the seals and change over to LUCAS RED N TACKY GREASE , then installed them . no issues , no leaks , and most importantly those bearings will live . looks like a simple bearing pulley swap .  just my own experience , good luck, pete
