He Haw buffs!

I have this good friend that  is a retired metro fireman here in Nashville. He Worked for channel 4 for many years and was a program director there as well. Anyway , on Hee Haw they had these two characters that did this skit and he was good friends with these two folks and learned how to do it!!

everybody that knows him calls him chicken neck! Dont ask!
