stevasaurus 22,711 #10 Posted September 25, 2020 Remember, not all bottles are the same diameter...make sure you have room to the fatter ones. Yes, I do have a few expensive wines...not too many.
bc.gold 3,403 #11 Posted September 25, 2020 My father liked his wine, one day told him he should not drink so much. His reply, what I drink you won't miss.

Yes, I do have a few expensive wines...not too many. Very much in demand and hard to find inventory. Canadian Ice Wine in British Columbia is mostly made in the Okanagan Valley, as this region is blessed with ideal conditions for producing wonderful red wines, white wines, fruit wines. If you're planning on an Okanagan wine tour, be sure to ask about Ice Wines! And, although production of ice wine in Canada began a century later, the country is now the largest producer in the world. Icewine is produced by many BC wineries, but the majority are found in the Okanagan Valley. Ice wines have very intense flavours, a sweet and rich bouquet, with a smoothness uncomparable to other wines. Though traditionally a dessert wine, Canadian Ice Wines are also served as a starter, with fresh fruit, soft cheeses, or all by themselves. If you're serving or having Icewine with dessert, they say the dessert should be less sweet than the Icewine - fruit-based desserts such as fruit cobbler, cheesecake or unsweetened fruit pies. It should also be chilled in an ice bucket for 15 minutes or refrigerate for two hours before serving. Although ice wine (or Icewine) is primarily made from Riesling grapes, it can be made from different types or varieties of grapes. It takes about 30lbs of grapes to make one 375ml bottle of Ice Wine.

The Tuul Crib 7,336 #14 Posted October 1, 2020 Got a few More things put together and we are about to assemble the whole cabinetry system for this build. We have two more of the tall pieces in the picture to build. Then it's a matter of setting it up and putting it together to make sure it all measures correctly! This is a country music singers piece.
