Yes that is the front axle. Just getting started on it. As far as turning using the steering wheel, wellllll I'm not sure on that yet. My drive unit isnt going to be a standard shift I'm going to use a split hydro unit from a Toro zero turn mower. That way I can get forward on any given side while still being able to reverse on the other.
