Awesome!  I almost took one of those on trade with a front end loader for my plow truck, but the guy must have come to his senses!  Looks great!

This machines are great Workers and very reliable.

With 4WD and the ricefield Tyres, they seem unstoppable.

a bit of maintanance and they last easily over decades.

you will have a lot of Fun with it.

👍

IMHO, everyone into garden tractors such as WH or CC ect should (if you can afford it) own one of these sub/compact diesel 4wd tractors with loader and 3pt whether the smaller 13-15 hp Kubota,Yanmar, or Mitsubishi versions or similar up to the 30 hp version... I have 2 a larger frame CK20 Kioti I bought used and a smaller/lower new Mahindra eMax both 22hp Deadong powered... Good luck with your new toy I love mine.

Thanks all for the kind words. It was a very moving experience to mow with it and think about my late grandfather. He passed almost 3 years ago. My family grew up very close (lived within walking distance to my cousins / aunts / uncles / grandparents).

Unfortunately this tractor is only 2WD, but my property is only about an acre, and its all flat. I don't have plans for a loader, just mowing duty.

It seems like a keepsake for your late grandfather.
Just for this reason alone, it is worth keeping and using.

I think it is awesome that you have and appreciate your grandfather’s Kubota. That is a very nice machine.
Although I don’t have my grandfather’s Farmall 100, I used it back in the mid/late 70’s until 1981. Had the same thoughts as I would be on it. Great memories!

Beautiful!  I wish my Kubota looked that good.  Mine was given to me by my dad. It's a worker not a looker.  Here's a pic of it undergoing a tire change last year. Sure reduced the traction problem when using the loader.
