Mal(Pa) 73 #1 Posted September 3, 2020 Hi everyone,it has been a while but here goes.I haven't been able to find a wiring diagram for my 210-5. Some of the wires burned especially the black ones from the side of the ignition switch to the center lug of the pto switch.I am trying to find the info so I can find the cause , fix it and rewire it. I hate to junk it as it's been a good mower. Thanks in advance for any info. Mal

gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,131 #3 Posted September 4, 2020 Just colored the wiring diagram and made a correction to it. It is now in the files in the above link as a pdf if you want to print it. The black wires are ground wires and odd they be overloaded. Check to make sure the battery negative ground cable makes good contact with the engine. The starter is the largest load the system will get so makes sense that the battery negative cable go directly to the engine metal. Garry
Mal(Pa) 73 #4 Posted September 4, 2020 Thank you, that makes perfect sense about the ground. My 76 year old brain doesn't always work at it's best. I'll check that out. Mal
