CountryRock 199 #1 Posted August 30, 2020 The wire on the anti-backfire solenoid for the carburetor broke off. I notice in the parts listing there's two regular bowl nuts listed, 691511 and 807744. Which of those can I use to replace that solenoid, rather than spend $125 for a new solenoid?
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,176 #2 Posted August 30, 2020 I do not have the answer. Recall owners being told to cut the plunger off and reinstall the valve. Would that work? I have never seen one. Garry
CountryRock 199 #3 Posted August 30, 2020 This one doesn't have a plunger, whatever moves is internal.
