Joe Skeeterbomb 18 #1 Posted August 26, 2020 I’m new to the manual side of wheel horse, always had hydros. Got a Raider 10 and when the brake is depressed, the belt continues to grab. I can’t get it into gear. Is there an adjustment for this? The tensioner pulley gives slack but the transmission pulley continues to spin. Thanks in advance for advice!
ebinmaine 68,345 #2 Posted August 26, 2020 Are you doing this with the belt guard ON? It has to be in place for the "clutch" to function.. The belt guard is the belt guide. 4

ebinmaine 68,345 #11 Posted August 26, 2020 Nice looking rig. Should have limited slip differential. Great work tractor.
stevasaurus 22,863 #12 Posted August 26, 2020 Nice horse...depends on the year for a Raider 10 to have the LS Transmission.
Joe Skeeterbomb 18 #13 Posted August 26, 2020 It says “Uni Drive” on the housing. I’m not sure what you mean by “LS” transmission.

Some transaxles had 10 pinion limited slip (LS) differentials Edited August 26, 2020 by pfrederi
Joe Skeeterbomb 18 #16 Posted August 26, 2020 Not sure the year, picked it up out of St Louis. Previous owner lost a bolt on the deck carrier arm and parked it several years ago. I got it, the deck, cultivators and what he called “Hiller”; supposed to make mounds to plant potatoes.
