That is just a standard front blade plow made for moving snow or dirt around. A very common attachment for short frame tractors of the day.

Lane Ranger 10,992 #34 Posted August 24, 2020 (edited) Big Red here are some pics of my 854 over the last couple years. I have a horn, lights and it is a fun tractor to use. I used my 1962 Wheel Horse BD-4262 Snowplow on this tractor one winter. Make sure to get a manual online on Red Square if you do not have one as that is a very important thing to have when owning one of these tractors. A parts list and operating information is included in it. Edited August 24, 2020 by Lane Ranger 3
WHX?? 49,182 #35 Posted August 24, 2020 Another nicer example of a front blade @BIG RED WHEEL HORSE 854 What's not to like about the sickle mower either! What kind of muffler is on that tractor @Lane Ranger....looks interesting.

What kind of muffler is on that tractor @Lane Ranger....looks interesting. Jim the muffler on the 854 is the Shusher muffler. This was the Muffler Wheel Horse originally used on the 1974 B-80s when sold from factory. I have two of them. One on my 854 and one on my 702. Toro still sells this ( not sure of part number). And you can find in their parts catalog for about $ 400. These mufflers clamp on - they are not threaded. They do have a quieter sound. I also have a Nelson muffler that is very similar to the Shusher. Edited August 24, 2020 by Lane Ranger Spelling 3

Racinbob 11,237 #38 Posted August 24, 2020 Here's another shot of the 854 I picked up at the 2018 big show. We're moving a lot of dirt and stone this summer and this one does a pretty good job. I'm gonna need to find a little more tire on the rear though. 2

BIG RED WHEEL HORSE 854 37 #42 Posted August 28, 2020 Hey guys, I had a question me and my dad were working on the mower deck and we had a constant problem with it being noisy. It s a RM364, and on idle it is noisy but on high RPM it evens out, is this normal.
WHNJ701 4,165 #43 Posted August 28, 2020 Keep in mind it's a 50 year old deck, Could be a number of things spindle wear, gear wear, change out the 4 pressed in needle bearings, thrust washers, download the manual, it's not too expensive to rebuild a geared deck
