Because of a locally stronger lockdown, it is also not easy actual to get a new bottle of Welding Gas.

We are restricted where we can drive to, that reduces my options to reorganize.

I have not tried to get welding gas for my mig welder but will need some soon. Acetylene gas seems to be very hard to get in our area right now, the supplier that I go to says that he orders it every week but does not get a delivery.

How to make a Stack.

you can calculate and equate some thing...

or you just try it, that was my Way on this Stack how i built it.

As first Part i reuse the cutted original Flange from the original Exhaust,

than i welded few Pipe angles onto, so that it can Fit under the 656 Horse.

i measured an gap of 9,8cm i need for clearace to the Hood.

So i decide to increase it to 12,8cm to have more clearance later.

05022BBC-1F53-416B-B2FB-AC4DE942A28B.jpeg.f06a01058f21da9b88095c0d26360a75.jpeg

The muffler Element was a holes sheetmetal, i reused from the Originalexhaust, what was on the Horse when i got it.

the Muffler itself was strongly rusted, so I dismantle the rotten sheetmetal and found the inner will be in not too bad shape

in rust. So a bit wirebrushed and reuse it, when i spotweld it i’m running out of Welding Gas. Arrrrrrr.

Few day‘s later i get a new Bottle and can finish it.

i cutted a Rect. pipe with 60x60mm 5 mm thick in a lenght of 13cm, what fits perfectly over the holes sheetmetal.

i thinkering how to build the Endcaps and decided just to weld them.

A waste of Gas and Welding Wire - maybe but it goes quicker and better than i thought.

So i decide to just Weld it to together instead using thin Endcaps.

With 3 more Welding Layers it should be thick enough not rotten fast in any Way.

At least i thinkering abou an Flapper, but for the moment i keep it as it is.

The Soundcheck is in the Video above.

The bark is perfect Stefan!  Did you use the rectangle tubing because that’s what you had, or for the look, or a different sound, or???

It was a test.

i previously thinkering about a round pipe, when i see the Rectangle pipe on my Steelwall.

Than i decide how about a Rect. stack, the most have round tubes, so why not.

So i grabed  the Steelpipe cut it on my Bandsaw and give it a Try.

first look seems a bit - huh let‘s say uncommon.

thought also about an Rectangular Outlet, but i didn‘t have material in my needed Size aside.

So i decide between a mix of round and rect and give it a Try how it sounds.

To get it to Germany... we’ll just say it was a ship of a lifetime!  Stefan knows a customer who told him he’d owe him a favor.  He got a steal of a deal to get it there!

Once a smoker needs a lighter on his Tracta something seems wrong..

so i decide today to change this.

My solution was the second Highpower Coil, i use it only for the Lighter and it‘s illumination.

Thinkering long before i did it, but i think the red Background light fit‘s my Tracta...

added yesterday another Charging Coil in the Spare.

So that it can also be used as a mobile Charger Generator..

What could possibly go wrong?! If one doesn't come up with enough crazy ideas, the other will help out, right?

I found it on the Bay for a dang Steal.

basically it‘s for an Walk behind, but i just lurking longer time for such a Base.

Basic Data are 57cm workwidth up to 45cm Snowheight and runs at 1000RPM.

I thinkering since few Weeks maybe to build one completely myself, but than i see this offer.

The first time i noticed about i just think huh, not Bad.

But than it pops several Times up and i Missed the first Try.

2 Weeks later it pops again up and i decide to eyeball it closer until i see it‘s Price.

This time it‘s the half than 2 Weeks ago, so maybe they make a mistake by typing the Price.

I payed for all together less than half, than just for the single Gears as spare part, that changes my plan immediately.

My plan is to cut it on the Sides, widen it to completely 80cm workwidth and bring it back to a Working unit.

At least i will paint it in the Color for my Horse.

I must also optical fit.

about the Drive Situation i have not finally decided if i will rework it to Hydraulic driven or just Beltdriven.

That decision will be taken when it was here and i can see it in detail.

Than few Other Toy‘s arrived.

first a new Telescopic Stand for the Worklight by 10 Bucks no question about it

A0479D2E-7F56-40A8-8FCA-F9296749F338.jpeg.33dfac4da0d0368a43597a63206bd2e8.jpeg

and a New Tracta Seat.

I thinkering lot of my Beast‘s Seat. sure it‘s strongly damped, but that brings my Balance tilt point 16cm more up.

On stronger Slopes sidewards it can be sometimes a little tricky to stay in the Saddle,

So i decide to test this Seat, it looks comfy and fit‘s more to a Tracta.

Will implement later maybe 2 Harley Seatsprings or i contact my local Spring dealer( just 5Km far)

So i cutted a U Profile i made the Plowframe of and shaped it to fit my Seatplate.

Than i drilled 2 M12 Holes for the Seat, grind my Seatplate down to bare Metal and fired up my Welder

and weld the Mount for this Seat.

Seatheight feels much more Comfy than the damped one even Without the Springs.

At least i correct ( bend) the Levers for the FEL that i can reach and Access them very comfy from this now little deeper Seat Position.

D28AF288-0753-4967-916E-53DA3C39271C.jpeg.b698b73c15bb1dd9bf0ed59d6b09bec1.jpeg

Next Task will be the green tarp front must be exchanged.

That doesn‘t fit the Tracta‘s optics, but for a Testtemplate if does a good Job until now.

It just doesn‘t fit optical in my Eyes..

Time to change it to a better Solution.

Logistic Company sends me a Message, the Snowblower will be delivered tomorrow.

I have to help them by unload.

Huh, no Machine for that now.

Ok, check the options....

I have no Forklift but i have a Tracta. - hooked.

i have no Fork for the Front, just for the Rear lift. Dang.

ok look what option‘s i have.

searching in my Steel storage and find two Tank mounts for a 500 Litre Tank, i saved from the Scrapyard.

yap, perfect...

Fire up the Welder and buzzing them 2 Hooks on.

So i can use them with the Quickchanger - nice

B0DD0E62-4E50-45C8-B67E-249ABD44AD7A.jpeg.c9bb2e22ea9090245cfbead6f226cbfc.jpeg

weld a Side lock, that the Fork not move to any Side.

inside i weld a Nut on, to act as Centering for each fork independently.

they can be later interconnected by the Rect. steelpipe, but for now i try it as it is.

Slap quick a little primer onto.

And here we go...

EA28BD2D-1EF4-4797-BE4A-BA2327C46BA7.jpeg.6ac06deb0e1d4bb8f6d69496cddaba14.jpeg

Next Attachement is done !

so i hope they will deliver tomorrow.😎😂😇

Inbetween, i used the new Press, to rework the new Front sheet below the Windshield a Workmate bends for me a bit where the Steering Wheel is and exchange the Tarp finally with a black Painted Frontblade made of 4mm Aluminum.

Looks much better and is also massive stiffer.

sensefully Social distance Work.
